It's a truth we all share, from the moment we draw our first breath to the day we bid our final farewell.


Embarking on this poignant exploration, I recognize the challenge of acknowledging the transient nature of life. 


Yet, amidst the struggle, I believe there's a profound significance in preparing for the inevitable loss that looms ahead. 


As I sit here, grappling with the reality of my mother's eventual departure, I perceive it not as a daunting task but as a transformative process integral to my personal growth.


Informed by my psychological training, I take solace in the wisdom that there's no singular, correct approach to navigate the labyrinth of grief and loss.

Yet, I grapple with the truth that the departure of those we hold dear defies simplicity.


As I traverse this realm of emotions, I find strength in the conviction that much of our suffering arises from our unwavering demand for permanence—an illusion shattered by the natural rhythms and fluctuations of life.


The rhythmic dance of breath serves as a reminder, a testament to the continuity inherent in our existence. 


Each inhale and exhale, a microcosm of impermanence, echoes the profound truth that nothing is everlasting.


In sharing this journey, I extend an enthusiastic embrace to fellow travelers on the road of life.
